Hershey Park Happy!!

The weekend after Labor Day was gorgeous, and Dave, Melissa, Rusty, and I took the kids to Hershey Park. They did great and we all had a lot of fun




First ride- ladybugs, we thought we could go in one car together, but they kicked Melissa and Liam off so Mason and I went for quite a fast and bumpy ride!

He didn't mind it one bit!
Then we went to "The Boardwalk" a huge water section of the park. Until then, Mason had only been in swimming pools twice this summer and absolutley hated them! But when we got him in the wave pool, he adored it


He just splashed around and had a good 0l' time- definitely favorite part of the day.

More Firsts!

In mid-August we took Mason to his first Baseball game- the Harrisburg Senators vs. Bowie whatever :0) Don't ask me what the score was but we won and Mason had a good time!

And then a few days later....

He learned to pull himself up and stand!

8 Months- Many Milestones

Mason beginning to crawl- he started with the "army crouch", pulling himself along on his stomach.
Here is one of his new favorite toys-the 2-way scooter/rocker
Mason at Dad's softball game- we spent a lot of time outdoors this summer.
Finally, after getting down and dirty, he loves hopping in the tub for a bath!

Mason the Model!

Since everyone keeps telling us Mason is sooo cute, I decided to see if he could be "discovered" by taking some photos and putting them on the internet. On the 4th of July we went out to Hershey Gardens which was very beautiful, and took several photos. Here is the winning shot which made it onto a website for kids clothes! No modeling jobs yet- maybe we'll try again when he's a little older.




This was so cool- it was inside the butterfly house and Mason was fascinated by the hundreds of colorful butterflies that just fluttered all around us!

My New Cousin

Liam Douglas Pearl was born to Dave's sister and brother-in-law, Melissa and Rusty on April 15th, 2007. We are so excited that the boys are going to get to grow up together and hopefully become best friends.

Springtime Baby!

The next few pics are from Memorial Day. We had a group of around 10 friends and family come by for a picnic to kickoff the summer.

This is Kyleigh and her niece Lily. Lily is only one month older than Mason~ possible future romance?! They aready know each other from church nursery, they will be sure to grow up friends!

Mothers Day- May 11th 2007

My first Mother's Day was nice- time with my family was all that I needed. Mason got me a special gift; a ring with his November birthstone! And even Dad (Dave) got me a gift just from him- a new watch. I feel so loved!
